FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What happens when my plan runs out?
When data runs out you can buy an extra pack or wait for the renewal day. When call and SMS allowances run out the base per-minute tariff applies; with no balance the service stops.
How does GB rollover work?
On the Large and Unlimited plans, on renewal 50% of unused GB (up to 15 GB) roll over to the next month.
