As Lavanta Mobile Communications Inc. (Data Controller) we process your personal data in line with KVKK No. 6698 and electronic communications legislation.
Data processed
For identity verification we process name, national ID number, date of birth, ID photo and biometric face verification data; for service provision, phone number, plan, usage (minutes, SMS, data) and billing information; location (for coverage reports and roaming); and device information (IMEI) and app usage data.
Purposes and legal grounds
Formation and performance of the subscription contract, subscriber identification required by regulation, billing, fraud prevention and legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, ç). Marketing messages are sent only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw in the app.
Transfers and retention
Data may be shared with the main network operator, payment institutions, identity verification service providers and authorised public bodies. Subscriber and traffic records are kept for the periods set out in legislation.
