Lavanta Mobil runs on a contracted national mobile network infrastructure. Coverage and speed performance are therefore the same as the main network's signal.
Coverage
- 4.5G coverage reaches around 97% of the population.
- All 81 provinces have 4.5G signal in city centres.
- In-building coverage can vary with the network and construction materials.
Speed
Theoretical download speed on 4.5G reaches up to 600 Mbps; actual speeds depend on cell load, device and location. Average user speed is between 45 and 90 Mbps. Follow our announcements for 5G-ready infrastructure and device support.
Wi-Fi Calling and VoLTE
VoLTE delivers high voice quality. Wi-Fi calling lets you make calls and send SMS over Wi-Fi in buildings with weak GSM signal (on supported devices).
If you have coverage problems
Use the Report coverage option in the app; the location and time are passed to the main network operator. Until the issue is resolved we recommend using Wi-Fi calling temporarily. Fee refund rules for chronic coverage issues are set out in the Service Agreement.
